Leadeffect GmbH, based in Hamburg, helps your IT or software company generate more qualified customer inquiries. Frederik Dohm and Daniel Mehlen founded Leadeffect in 2017 after gaining insight into the unique aspects of IT marketing while working for a major American software comparison portal and realizing that “traditional” online marketing strategies clearly reach their limits in this field. Most “traditional” agencies lack a deep understanding of the complex solutions and purchasing decision-making processes in the SaaS and IT sectors—unfortunately, many of our clients have already had to learn this the hard way. Of course, the cost depends entirely on the scope of services you book. We typically charge between €1,750 and €10,000 per month. At the start of our collaboration, the average fee ranges from €1,750 to €5,000 per month.

You know your solution best, which is why we rely on the information you provide to develop the optimal lead generation strategy and produce high-quality content. In the first two months, you should expect to spend up to 10 hours on preparation and planning. Depending on your needs, we can then handle almost the entire implementation for you, so that aside from a few consultations and reports, there will be very little work left for you to do.

In our view, transparency is the most important prerequisite for a successful partnership, and we can only assess whether a campaign is working if we make the results measurable. That’s why we rely on the most detailed lead tracking possible and regular reporting. We provide reports in writing and via video conference. During these sessions, we answer your questions, show you the measures we’ve implemented, and give you an overview of our future strategy.
