Our history

Leadeffect GmbH (formerly Mehlen Media GmbH), based in Hamburg, supports B2B companies in generating qualified inquiries. Our journey began over 5 years ago with a colorful mix of different customers - from the fashion industry from the fashion industry to online stores and financial service providers.

However, as more B2B customers were added, we quickly realized that this market "ticks" very differently than the B2C sector. In order to help B2B companies efficiently in online marketing and lead generation, it is not enough to apply the usual B2C strategies.

The requirements in the B2B market differ significantly from those of a B2C customer:

Long sales cycles
High prices
Complex solutions & products
Narrowly defined target group

Where conventional online marketing strategies don't work, a rethink is required! The challenge of finding new strategies and the often untapped potential awakened our passion for the B2B market. We now support more than 45 B2B companies as a long-term partner - and new ones are added every month.

The founders

Before the founders Frederik Dohm and Daniel Mehlen set up their own business in 2017, they worked for the British brand Cloudwards. The comparison portal focuses on cloud, VPN and software. At peak times, the website had over one million visitors per month.
