Project Management / Customer Success Management in an Online Marketing Agency

Responsibilities:

Project planning and project management
Customer support: onboarding meetings, reporting meetings, emails
Strategic planning of lead generation and marketing measures for customer projects
Monitoring of customer projects
Managing specialists and freelancers in the project
Contract renewal and upselling of customer projects

What you bring:

At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing & project management
Structured and organized way of working
Sociable
The ability to "think your way into" target groups and complex products
German and English language skills

What we offer:

Home office possible, with a minimum of 4 days per month in the office (flexible arrangement). For longer commutes, travel expenses and accommodation will be covered if necessary.
45,000 to 60,000 Euro annual salary
