Project management / customer success management in an online marketing agency

Responsibilities:

Project planning and project management
Customer support: onboarding meetings, reporting meetings, e-mails
Strategic planning of lead generation and marketing measures for customer projects
Monitoring of customer projects
Managing specialists and freelancers in the project
Contract renewals and upsales of customer projects

What you bring with you:

At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing & project management
Structured and organized work

German and English language skills
