Mobius Labs is a well-known Berlin-based venture capital start-up. Their AI-powered computer vision software helps companies automate the analysis of visual media.

INITIAL SITUATION

The situation before the collaboration

The innovative software solutions from Mobius Labs are complex and require explanation. Therefore, the start-up had to do a lot of educational work with potential customers, which lengthened the sales cycles.

For this reason, CMO Chris Konigs was looking for a new lead source. The goal was to specifically target potential customers who were already actively engaged with the topic and approach sales directly.

How could we support Mobius Labs?

STEP 1

The Workshop

Before the start of the collaboration, we analyzed Mobius Labs' initial situation and objectives in a workshop in order to jointly coordinate the appropriate measures and next steps for the project.

STEP 2

SEA campaign (Google Ads)

It quickly became clear that an SEA campaign would most efficiently fulfill Mobius Labs' objective. The advantage of Google Ads is that potential customers are already actively looking for a solution to a specific problem. In practical terms, this means that users are already far along in their customer journey and are only looking for the right provider. Based on a comprehensive keyword analysis, we were able to specifically target this narrowly defined target group.

STEP 3

Conversion optimisation

Targeted outreach to prospects is the first step, but the conversion to new customers happens after the click on the ad. Based on the insights from our workshop, we optimized the presentation of the application possibilities of Mobius Labs' software solutions on the landing page. In addition, we strengthened the external impact and interaction through the targeted use of trust symbols and calls to action.

STEP 4

Campaign optimization

After setting up the campaign and implementing the optimization measures, we monitored the data and optimized the campaign based on the insights gained at regular intervals.
